Job summary

Seventh Dimension, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Data Administrator to provide administrative and data management support for NSW vehicle and equipment maintenance operations in Fallon, NV. You will track shop repair orders, enter labor hours and costs, and ensure accurate, timely records in government databases to support readiness and decision making.

The role requires experience with Fleet Focus and DPAS, ability to obtain security credentials, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain installation access credentials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance data entry and reporting.
• Minimum 2 years using Asset Works Fleet Focus or similar fleet management software.
• Minimum 2 years using Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or similar property accountability systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience producing maintenance, labor, and production reports.
• Experience providing technical oversight and mentorship.
• Strong attention to detail and document control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly identify as contract personnel when interacting with Government staff.
• Compliance with administrative, security, and safety requirements.
• Compliance with drugfree workforce requirements.
• Ability to work in office and shop administrative environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Sitting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Occasional movement between shop, office, and equipment areas.”

Position Summary

The Maintenance Data Administrator provides administrative and data management support for NSW vehicle and equipment maintenance operations. This role is responsible for tracking shop repair orders, labor hours, repair costs, and equipment status within Government maintenance databases. The Maintenance Data Administrator ensures maintenance records are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with NSW reporting requirements, supporting equipment readiness and operational decision making.
