ReaderLink Distribution Services is seeking a Maintenance Custodian to perform a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks in the warehouse facility. The role includes housekeeping, groundskeeping, and basic building maintenance responsibilities.

Essential duties include floor care, waste management, equipment operation, light maintenance, and room setup for events. The position requires physical stamina and ability to follow written and oral instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Must be proficient in mathematics.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportion to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• The work performed is in a factory environment.
