Position Summary...Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. However, maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

What you’ll do

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary
• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies as needed
• Follow safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling and disposal, and reporting unsafe situations
• Support general facility cleaning (floors, windows, restrooms, restock supplies) using approved methods and chemicals

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
