Maintenance Custodian Associate – Sam's Club

Position Summary: Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you is responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

What you’ll do:

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.

Compensation Details

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid as premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
