Job Summary

Performs custodial and cleaning tasks, including dusting, floor cleaning/waxing, operating cleaning equipment, and garbage disposal in accordance with sanitation and operational standards.

Responsibilities

1. Perform custodial and cleaning work, including dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment, and cleaning/waxing floors, common area kitchens, and restrooms.
2. Operate cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners and floor polishers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
3. Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling materials in accordance with sanitation and operational standards.
4. Ensure all areas are clean and presentable, ready for use by employees and visitors.
5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the facilities management team.
6. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
