Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Competitive maintenance skills including basic repairs and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across multiple sites to keep floors, ceilings, lights, equipment, furniture, walls and playgrounds in good repair.
• Order, stock and inventory weekly paper stock and manage supplies.
• Assist with lawn, septic or holiday maintenance as needed.
