Job summary

Valenti Auto Group is seeking a full-time facilities maintenance worker to perform a variety of small tasks around the building, including lawn care and light cleaning. You will work alongside an existing cleaning crew, stepping in when needed to cover missed tasks or daytime issues.

Typical duties include replacing lights, fixtures, and performing basic plumbing. Schedule is 40 hours per week, generally 6am to 3pm to inspect the facility before opening.

Responsibilities

• Looking for a full time employee to do smaller odd jobs and maintenance on the facility along with lawn mowing and some cleaning.
• There is already a cleaning crew in place so it will only be when they miss something or there is an issue during the day.
• Most maintenance includes replacing lights and fixtures along with smaller plumbing jobs.
• Forty hrs a week usually 6am to 3pm as to look the facility over before opening.
