Job summary

Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Parish Lake Havasu is seeking a part-time maintenance worker to handle a variety of tasks ensuring buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe and operational.

The role includes cleaning, stocking, and keeping facilities ready for use, with the possibility of evening and weekend hours. Basic knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred, and minor electrical/plumbing/painting skills are a plus.

Job description

This part-time position will consist of a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, operational, and secure. Duties will include keeping all buildings clean, stocked and ready to use. Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours as necessary.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be organized and a self-starter. Applicants must be able to work independently, checking everything off their to-do list, meeting deadlines and schedules. Attention to detail and the ability to look for a solution when a problem is presented is required. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred. A plus would be if the individual selected is able to make minor electrical, plumbing, and other physical repairs, e.g. painting.
