Job Responsibilities:

• Repairs and maintains buildings and structures throughout the property.
• Planning and executing new projects as requested.

Physical Demands:

• Manual dexterity, motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech required.
• Standing, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds and carrying up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Working at heights, operating vehicles, and working with hazardous chemicals with proper safety measures.
