Job summary

BOS LANDSCAPING in Smithville Ontario is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Crew Leader/Foreman to supervise high-end residential and commercial landscapes.

You will plan, schedule, and manage maintenance tasks, lead a crew, ensure safety and quality, and maintain client relationships with courteous communication. Entry-level roles are available for building a career in landscaping.

Qualifications

• Landscape maintenance experience required: 2–3 years.
• Adequate plant knowledge is preferred.
• Licenses or certifications as required.
• Own transportation to work and valid driver's license G.
• Must be self-motivated and able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage time-efficient maintenance schedules.
• Work with crew to ensure quality and safety.
• Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cared for and maintained.
• Submit organized paperwork via LMN Software.

*We are looking for experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew leaders & Foreman's to maintain either High-End residential properties or Commercial/Industrial sites.*

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage time-efficient maintenance grounds/cleanup schedules
• Work alongside crew members ensuring quality work and safety
• Self-motivated and have the ability to take direction
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ensure all company equipment is properly cared for and maintained
• Submit proper organized paperwork via LMN Software

Required Experience

Salary: $25.00 to $30.00/hour - Or based on experience.
