The Kroger Co. is seeking an Maintenance Expense Manager to oversee and optimize maintenance-related expenses across the enterprise.

You will manage in-house teams and third-party vendors, develop standardized expense tracking, and partner with operations, finance, and procurement to drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Strong analytical skills, CMMS proficiency, and experience in budgeting and vendor negotiations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience in engineering or related field.
• Strong analytics, forecasting and data analysis skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Manage maintenance staff and external providers to ensure quality, cost control and compliance.
• Collaborate with division and corporate teams to validate maintenance expense data.
• Use CMMS and analytics tools to analyze expense data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop programs to reduce maintenance costs without sacrificing service quality.
• Improve expense tracking tools at asset level for accurate reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights to budgeting and vendor negotiations.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
