Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or warehouse.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP and Industrial CMMS experience preferred.
• Ability to operate independently, multi-task, and prioritize quickly.
• Proven track record on safety.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily storeroom tasks: ordering, expediting, receiving, cataloging, stocking, issuing, and inventory control.
• Manage vendor quotes, follow-up on delivery, back orders, invoices, refunds, and bin stock.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance documentation across the site.
• Train and manage maintenance contractors daily.
• Ensure safety compliance and keep work areas clean and organized.
