Job summary

Sustana, De Pere, WI, seeks a skilled maintenance electrician with a valid Journeyman's card to maintain and improve mill electrical systems. You will calibrate instrumentation, diagnose electrical issues, work on drive systems and PLCs, read blueprints, and specify spare parts and upgrades.

Monday–Friday days, full-time, pay starting at $35/hour. Ideal candidate shows independence, knowledge of DCS, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and boiler rooms, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with distributed control systems.
• Familiarity with industrial fire protection and sprinkler systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Experience with industrial plumbing installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot boiler and steam systems.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and change out instrumentation used to monitor process and equipment.
• Diagnose and fix electrical issues throughout the mill.
• Work on drive systems and PLCs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer manuals, and schematics.
• Spec out spare parts and necessary upgrades to electrical equipment and MCCs.
• Help with other general maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and change out instrumentation used to monitor process and equipment

• Understands and can work on drive systems and PLC’s
• Can use process meters, Hart device, and Trex devices
• Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer manuals, and schematics
• Can help spec out spare parts and necessary upgrades to electrical equipment and MCC’s
• Help with other general maintenance tasks
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
