Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in heavy industrial/heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Safety compliance: promote and enforce safety standards per regulations.
• Daily program coordination: assign tasks to meet maintenance objectives.
• Team leadership: motivate and guide maintenance team and ensure adherence.
• Performance monitoring: set goals, oversee quality and safety, drive improvements.
• Maintenance oversight: supervise plans, monitor equipment, minimize downtime.
• Reporting and documentation: report activities, support planning, document hazards.
• Support: assist planner and provide emergency support to avoid interruptions.
• Additional duties: carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
