Job summary

PAM Transport in Tontitown, Arkansas, offers an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance team member. In this role, you will support drivers by ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and contribute to the success of the team. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience, and you will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

As a key player, you'll track maintenance activities, generate reports, and communicate with vendors. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Pay range is $20 - $23/hour, depending upon experience.

How you will contribute to the success of the team:

• Schedule Federal inspections at customer facilities
• Arrange and monitor preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for equipment
• Track completion of scheduled maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Generate and distribute PM reports to supervisors and management
• Create, process, and track purchase orders for OTR services
• Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and proper authorization
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and billing accuracy
• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices
