Safety-Kleen in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day shop operations, supervise maintenance work, and maintain service and parts records.

You will focus on safety, diagnostics, and repairs, coordinating with a team to keep equipment such as forklifts and trucks running reliably. This role requires strong teamwork and a commitment to safe practices. The position is based in New Berlin, WI with competitive wages and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of maintenance mechanic experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of heavy equipment (forklifts, trucks, tractors, tankers).
• Ability to pass background, drug, and physical tests on hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs; including offsite service calls.
• Complete daily checklists for proper operation of the unit.
• Ensure daily maintenance duties are performed and report issues promptly.
• Submit all paperwork for PM schedules and compliance.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to SOPs.
• Take on additional assignments as directed by management.
• Understand Clean Compliance Standard.

Safety-Kleen in New Berlin, WI is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their safety conscious team! The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, which include supervising all maintenance work as well as maintaining all service and parts records.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Performs preventative maintenance, conducts inspections, troubleshoots, diagnoses failures & deficiencies & performs necessary corrections. This includes conducting offsite road repairs/service calls.
• Completes daily checklist as required for proper operation of the unit being operated.
• Assures unit has daily maintenance duties performed and communicates any problems or issues with the unit immediately upon discovery
• Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for tracking PM schedules.
• Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
• Performs other assignments as assigned by management.
• Understands Clean Compliance Standard.

• Demonstrates complete proficiency in tooling and equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to pass a background, drug, and physical test upon hire.
