Sunrise Senior Living in Illinois seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents, families and team members.

You will oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping tasks, respond to requests and emergencies promptly, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, and support move‑ins, room readiness and turnover while upholding OSHA safety requirements and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping operations across the community
• Respond to maintenance requests and building emergencies promptly
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions across all areas
• Support resident move‑ins, room readiness and turnover processes
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standards
• Maintain life safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipment
• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs
• Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards
• Support department budget, expenses and operational efficiency

Pay Range:

29.25 - 39.05
