Sunrise Senior Living in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean, well-maintained environment for residents and team members.

You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to requests, maintain HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, train staff, and manage safety compliance.

• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs
• Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards
• Support department budget, expenses and operational efficiency

27.30 - 36.40
