Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations across the community, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to requests and emergencies, maintain HVAC and life-safety systems, manage vendors, training, and support the department budget while upholding Sunrise's commitment to quality of life for seniors.

Pay Range: 26.60 - 35.50
