Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $60.00/hr

With pay ranging from $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a $5.00 shift premium for off-shifts, this role offers rewards and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Support operations through troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Design, fabricate, and install controls systems to UL 508A standards, including panel building, electrical schematics, BOMs, and PLC/HMI programming.
• Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, PanelView HMIs, Kinetix motion controls, and PowerFlex series VFDs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Automation, Industrial Controls, Electro-mechanical, or related field (BSEE or BSEET preferred).
• Five-plus years of industrial manufacturing experience with control systems and PLCs.
• Knowledge of electrical standards such as NFPA 70, NFPA 79, UL 508A.
• Experience with communication protocols like EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, IO-Link, and network technologies.
• Passion for industrial automation and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills and team-player mentality.

Work Schedule

Currently, openings on 1st shift (6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) and 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.). Overtime and every other weekend work available.

Work Location

On-site at either the Canal Street or West Milwaukee facility (opening July 2025). Training at Canal Street until West Milwaukee opens.
