Job summary

Xtrordinair is seeking a skilled Maintenance Controller in Fort Worth to manage daily maintenance for our private jet fleet. You will coordinate with OCC, QC, vendors, and flight crews to handle events, MELs, and work order releases while ensuring accurate data and timely RTS.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate aircraft maintenance, an A&P certificate, and strong troubleshooting and communication abilities. Willingness to work weekends/shift as needed and travel for training is required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on aviation maintenance knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• A&P certificate required with relevant aircraft experience.
• Experience coordinating with OCC, QC, vendors, and flight crews is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage daily maintenance needs of the fleet.
• Coordinate with OCC, QC, vendors, FBOs, and flight crews on maintenance events.
• Manage fleet MELs and release work orders for RTS.
• Input and communicate accurate maintenance data to operations.
• Oversee fleet during MX events and ensure timely completion.
• Release aircraft for RTS per FAA and company guidelines.
