Wheels Up is seeking a Maintenance Controller in Chamblee, GA to manage maintenance events for Wheels Up Private Jets. You will monitor aircraft status, oversee repairs, and ensure timely return-to-service while coordinating with DOM and maintenance teams.
The role requires an A&P certificate and 3–5 years of hands-on Part 121/135/91 experience. Excellent communication with vendors and internal teams is essential, with a focus on regulatory compliance.

As a Maintenance Controller, you are responsible forensuring thataircraftwithin the Wheels Up Private Jetsoperatedfleet aremaintainedin compliance with all regulatory requirements. Youare responsible formonitoringaircraft,initiating, and overseeing maintenance events to ensureaircraftare returned to service ina timelyand effective manner. In an executivecapacity, the Maintenance Controller supervises the maintenance and/or alteration of Wheels Up Private Jetsoperatedaircraft.

At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The compensation for this role ranges from $84,000/Yr. to $105,000/Yr., depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
