What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the primary contact for pilots and technicians regarding aircraft systems malfunctions and deferred operations
  2. Communicate aircraft status and coordinate support for out-of-service (OOS) events in the field
  3. Review maintenance releases and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  4. Maintain the Aircraft Status Board and manage deferred maintenance logs
  5. Assist in planning major scheduled maintenance events at regional bases

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  2. Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
  3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an FAA 14 CFR Part 135 or Part 145 maintenance role
  4. Strong knowledge of 14 CFR regulations and aircraft maintenance procedures
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based maintenance management programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with Approved Aircraft Inspection Programs (AAIP) and aircraft Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL)
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
