What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Receive and assess reports of aircraft systems malfunctions from pilots or technicians to approve continued operations or remove aircraft from service
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft out-of-service events, coordinating necessary resources
  3. Review aircraft maintenance releases and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  4. Maintain logs for deferred maintenance items and out-of-service events, ensuring proper documentation and communication
  5. Manage the submission of regulatory reports and assist in planning major scheduled maintenance events

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  2. Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
  3. Minimum five (5) years of experience in an FAA 14 CFR Part 135 or Part 145 aircraft maintenance technical or management role
  4. Strong knowledge of 14 CFR regulations and aircraft maintenance processes
  5. Proficiency in administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience administering policies and procedures of Approved Aircraft Inspection Programs (AAIP) and Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL)
  2. Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical data effectively
  3. Willingness to participate in after-hours maintenance support
