What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Receive calls from pilots or technicians reporting aircraft systems malfunctions and approve continued operations or remove aircraft from service as necessary
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft out-of-service (OOS) events in the field
3. Review aircraft maintenance releases and associated documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
4. Enter and manage deferred maintenance items and OOS events in the company intranet site
5. Assist in the planning of major scheduled maintenance events at regional maintenance bases

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2. Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
3. Five (5) years of experience in an FAA 14 CFR Part 135 or Part 145 aircraft maintenance role
4. Strong knowledge of 14 CFR regulations applicable to aircraft maintenance and operations
5. Ability to communicate complex technical data effectively, both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Significant experience with Approved Aircraft Inspection Programs (AAIP) and aircraft Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL)
2. Willingness to participate in after-hours maintenance support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
