Qualifications

• Graduation date May 2028 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance with PM tracking and clerical tasks.
• Type reports, forms, and inputs for PM data.
• File and post information to records.
• Assist people at service window and supervisors with tasks.
• Conduct audits of PM records and generate reports/graphics.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Assists Maintenance department with general clerical activities associated with PM tracking.
• Types reports, business correspondence, forms, and inputs PM data.
• Files reports and records.
• Posts information to records.
• Assists people at service window.
• Assists supervisors with special tasks as required.
• Conducts audits of PM records and creates reports and graphics.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree fulltime in an Engineering related field.
• Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week year-round.
• Graduation date of May 2028 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
