Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with CNC equipment.
- Experience leading maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS and reliability metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead CMMS administration, asset management, and maintenance planning to improve uptime.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate responses to production downtime.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of CNC centers, robotics, and automation systems.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement.
