Job summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, implement, and sustain CNC machining processes. You will create and maintain CNC programs, establish tooling and setup documentation, and drive improvements in cycle time, quality, and cost.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, repeatable machining operations and provide technical leadership across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years CNC machining experience.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Experience with CNC programming and process development.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, verify, and maintain CNC programs for production machining operations.
• Develop machining strategies to optimize cycle time, quality, tool life, and utilization.
• Establish setup sheets, tooling lists, and process documentation.
• Lead process ownership for machines, cells, or product families.
• Provide training and troubleshoot complex machining and programming issues.
