Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and organize incoming maintenance parts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
• Organize and optimize storeroom layout and inventory locations
• Support maintenance operations by ensuring timely parts availability
• Track inventory usage and replenish stock as needed
• Work closely with maintenance technicians, vendors, contractors, and management
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, GMP, and food safety requirements
• Assist with inventory audits and documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Maintenance Clerk

Pay: $27.18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Clerk to support maintenance and inventory operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing maintenance parts inventory, organizing storeroom operations, and ensuring critical parts are available to support production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with multiple departments and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and organize incoming maintenance parts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts

• Support maintenance operations by ensuring timely parts availability
• Track inventory usage and replenish stock as needed

Qualifications

• Previous inventory control, storeroom, warehouse, or maintenance support experience preferred
• SAP experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
