Job summary

Buc-ee's Gallaway LLC is seeking a Janitorial/Cleaning & Maintenance Manager to direct maintenance staff and ensure clean, safe, and well‑maintained facilities at our Gallaway location. This role requires coordinating with store management and vendors to keep equipment reliable and operations smooth.

Candidates should be people‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with weekend/holiday shifts and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Direct and coordinate maintenance staff to keep store and grounds clean and functional.
• Direct training of employees on company policies and procedures.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of store equipment with vendors.
• Evaluate maintenance activities to determine best actions for operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control maintenance staff efforts.
• Train employees on policies and procedures to improve performance.
• Work with Store Management Teams and Vendors on repairs and maintenance.
• Observe safety and security procedures and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions to General Manager and perform light maintenance duties.
