Job summary

Buc-ee's Kansas City is seeking a Janitorial/Cleaning & Maintenance Manager to direct and coordinate activities of employees to ensure cleanliness and general maintenance of the facility and grounds.

Candidates must be people- and task-oriented, self-motivated, dependable and able to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment, including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform light maintenance.
• Work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control the efforts of the Maintenance staff.
• Direct training of employees to improve work performance.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of store equipment.
• Ensure safe operations and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as required.
