Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to maintain cleanliness and safety across the store floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. You will perform routine maintenance, support cleaning projects, and assist with minor repairs, while upholding WFM standards and customer service excellence.

Role requires physical stamina, ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily and weekly maintenance tasks.
• Supports teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Assists with ordering supplies for maintenance.
• Handles cleaning emergencies and landscaping/parking lot upkeep.
• Keeps all store departments continually clean.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready for shifts; attends trainings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
