The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This Direct hire, full-time role reloc may be provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in bakery or food manufacturing.
• Hands-on technical expertise with bakery processing equipment (sheeters, dividers, mixers, proofers, conveyors).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and refrigeration.
• Proven experience implementing and sustaining Continuous Improvement programs.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across multiple food processing facilities.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams for scheduling, troubleshooting, and work orders.
• Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of bakery equipment.
• Analyze downtime and reliability metrics to identify recurring issues.
• Manage CMMS utilization and reporting.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Support capital projects and budget management.
