Job summary

GBP Maintenance and Construction Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to join the team for the Merrimack Valley of MA and Southern NH.

The role covers general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, window/door/lock work, painting, snow removal, landscaping, and supply runs. All members participate in a weekly on-call rotation for emergencies during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and general upkeep.
• Ability to perform carpentry, drywall, masonry, electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning, snow removal, and landscaping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergencies in on-call rotation evenings and weekends.
• Report to the Director of Maintenance and maintain professional standards.
