Job summary

Brigs, LLC is seeking an experienced handyman/maintenance technician for the Merrimack Valley of MA and Southern NH. The role covers general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, masonry, electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, snow removal, landscaping, and delivering supplies.

All team members participate in a weekly on-call rotation to handle emergencies evenings and weekends. Must have a vehicle, driver’s license, tools, and a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Must have own vehicle, valid driver's license, own tools, and smartphone.
• Experience in property/maintenance tasks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, drywall, masonry, plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Handle window, door and lock repairs, painting, cleaning, and snow removal.
• Assist with landscaping and delivering supplies as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies evenings and weekends.
