Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is seeking a Carpenter, Maintenance for Ft Washington, MD. The role supports operations and maintenance through carpentry duties, including construction, alterations, repair of structural elements, doors, trim, and fixtures at a government site.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience and be eligible for a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years related experience.
• Must hold and maintain a Tier 3 (Secret) or Tier 5 (Top Secret/SCI) clearance, as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry services including construction, installation and repair of wooden fixtures and structures.
• Framing and finish work, painting, staining and related tasks.
• Monitors subcontractor performance and coordinates with other trades for sequencing.
