Job summary

Poudre School District is seeking a maintenance professional to plan, design, construct, repair, install and maintain district buildings, equipment and furnishings in compliance with current building codes. This role includes performing regular preventative maintenance on a variety of building components and preparing estimates, orders and work schedules with comprehensive computerized maintenance records.

Hours are 8 per day, 260 work days per year, with ongoing duration.

• SUMMARY:** Plan, design, construct, repair, install and maintain District buildings, equipment and furnishings in compliance with current building codes. Perform regular preventative maintenance on a variety of building components. Prepare estimates, orders and work schedules, maintain comprehensive computerized maintenance records.
• Pay Range: $26.53-$29.71/hour (min--12% above min), based on qualifications and experience***

Hours/day: 8

Work calendar days: 260

Duration of position: Ongoing
