Job summary

Basin Harbor is seeking a Maintenance Building & Grounds Technician to perform repair work across 120 buildings on the property. The role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of experience in Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, or HVAC. A valid driver's license and willingness to pass a background check are required; flexibility for holidays and weekends is expected.

The Maintenance Building & Grounds Technician at Basin Harbor is responsible for the majority of repairs in the 120 buildings on the grounds of Basin Harbor.

Requirements

Preference given to canidate with 2 or more years expericence in Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Have the stamina to work up to 10+ hours: sitting, standing and walking
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 25lbs, reach overhead and perform repetitive motion
• May involve walking between venues and climbing stairs between floors
