Job summary

Ozark Care & Rehab is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help keep the facility's physical plant and grounds in good order. You will perform repairs, assist with cleaning, and ensure prompt snow and ice removal while supporting a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of building maintenance to include minor electrical repair.
• Plumbing and routine preventative care of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to receive verbal and written direction.
• Available for on-call emergency repairs.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the care of the facilities physical plant and grounds.
• Perform repairs as directed.
• Collect and dispose of refuse.
• Clean, strip, wax, and buff floors.
• Assure prompt snow and ice removal.
• Help to assure the maintenance of the physical plant is in proper order.
