Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Racine, WI is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support production equipment with a strong work ethic and fast learning ability. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical issues, and assist with facilities tasks.

This is a 1st shift role, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Wages range from $21 to $25 per hour, with off-shift pay adjustments and benefits including vacation and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance on production equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on production equipment and conveyors.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring tasks.
• Carry out facilities maintenance activities as needed.
• Replace motors and drives when required.
• Follow PM schedules and document work in CMMS.
• Maintain stock of materials and supplies; assist with inventory.
• Have basic welding knowledge is a plus.

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Associate to join our team! the ideal candidate must have an excellent work ethic, fast learner, Mechanical Knowledge, We will train on all aspect of the operation.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repair and machine/conveyer lines, ovens, equipment.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring.
• Perform basic facilities maintenance.
• Change out motors and drives as needed.
• Follow PM schedule and document maintenance/repairs in CMMS.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Basic knowledge of welding.

Essential Skills:

• 2 + Years previous experience as a maintenance performing repairs on production equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Fast learner.
• Must be able to work O/T
• Have basic knowledge to read blue/prints.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent communicator:

Shift Schedule:

------1st shift is 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday occasionally work Saturday.
------This is a permanent position based in Racine WI

Pay and Benefits:

-----The pay range for this position is $21 - $25 PH.-based on experience. Off shift work will be compensated accordingly. Benefits include profit share, paid vacation, annual bonuses and more.
