Qualifications

• Maintenance and cleaning of interior and exterior restaurant areas.
• Assist management in keeping equipment and facilities in good working order.
• Willingness to perform a variety of light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks 2-3 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
