Job summary

Bican Family McDonald’s Restaurants is seeking a responsible maintenance professional to provide technical support across restaurant locations. The person will help keep equipment in good working order, ensure inside and outside cleanliness, and assist with daily preventive maintenance tasks.

This role requires reliability, reading and writing skills, and adherence to safety procedures. You must be 18 or older and able to lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Continually monitor restaurant cleanliness.
• Ensure truck deliveries are put away promptly, products rotated, and expired items removed.
• Maintain stocked shelves and accurate inventory.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
• Lead by example in cleaning equipment, windows, stockrooms, restrooms, dining area, and outdoor spaces.
