Job description

A McDonald’s Maintenance person is a critical part of our team. They are required to maintain the cleanliness inside and outside of the restaurant as well as maintaining equipment in the restaurant. Maintenance persons do need to be over the age of 18 and have the ability to lift over 50lbs. This position needs to have a person who is self motivated and able to stay focused on completing tasks without constant follow up.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting customers with a smile
• Continually monitor Restaurant Cleanliness
• Ensure truck deliveries are put away in a timely manner, products properly rotated and expired products removed
• Ensuring items are well stocked
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Lead by example

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
