Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Maintenance Associate to provide excellent customer service while assisting with building maintenance and cart retrieval, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Your duties include helping retrieve shopping carts, loading purchases, monitoring and cleaning the parking lot and cart area, scrubbing floors and restrooms, performing facility maintenance, and supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Associate would perform excellent customer service and help with the building maintenance and cart retrieval, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.
