Job summary

Sam’s Club in Alexandria, LA is hiring a Maintenance Associate to keep the facility safe, clean, and welcoming for members and associates. You will sweep, tidy restrooms, operate floor scrubbers, and respond to spills while following Walmart safety procedures.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps
• Cleans all areas of the Facility including floors, windows, restrooms and trash receptacles
• Responds to spills, operates floor scrubbers and disposes of cardboard, plastic and trash according to program rules
• Maintains appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies and rotates/stores them properly
• Supports a culture of belonging, teamwork and integrity in daily duties
• Delivers results for members by prioritizing customer-first service
• Drives continuous improvements and openness to new technologies and skills
