Job Title: Maintenance & Production Support Technician

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. (includes a lunch break)

Position Type: Part-time maintenance role with general warehouse support

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical repairs on plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
2. Assist with the setup, operation, and support of metal slitting machines, including coil loading/unloading and quality checks.
3. Support packaging operations, including banding, skidding, and preparing finished coils for shipment.
4. Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify potential mechanical issues or areas for improvement.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following company safety protocols.
6. Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and support cross-functional production needs as required.
