Job summary

National Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Associate for our Wichita Falls, TX community. You will be responsible for upgrading and preserving the condition and functionality of a 114-unit residential apartment complex.

The role requires preparing units for occupancy, painting, light repairs, and general upkeep. The position includes on-call duties, 401(k) with matching, and health/dental/vision insurance with company contributions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance associate.
• Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including painting, drywalling, etc.
• Familiarity with common tools, appliances and devices.
• Good physical condition and strength.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for occupancy.
• Paint and complete make readies for occupancy.
• Perform daily trash pickup.
• Assist in general maintenance work as requested.
• Perform light checks.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance.
• On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager.

Units: 114

Salary: $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living
