Job summary

Baldwin Family Health Care in White Cloud, MI is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our team during regular business hours. You will maintain grounds, perform basic carpentry, assemble office furniture, handle basic plumbing and electrical work, and assist with general building maintenance, including moving furniture.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and time oriented, hold a Michigan driver's license, and can travel between locations or operate a snowplow/salt

Position: Maintenance Associate

Location: White Cloud, MI

Description: Family Health Care in White Cloud is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our progressive organization during regular business hours. The applicant will be responsible for maintaining grounds, basic carpentry and carpentry clean-up skills, assembly of office furniture, basic plumbing, and electrical work, and other building maintenance as needed, including moving of furniture. The candidate may be asked to work an occasional evening or weekend during special projects. The candidate will work under the guidance of our regular Maintenance Associate. Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

• Self-motivated

• Licensed to drive in the State of Michigan
• Able to operate a snowplow/salt spreader

• Willing to travel between locations when needed

• Experience in hauling a small trailer
• Experience in building maintenance
