Job summary

Family Health Care in White Cloud, MI is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our team during regular business hours. The role includes maintaining grounds, basic carpentry, furniture assembly, plumbing and electrical work, and other building maintenance tasks such as moving furniture.

Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for special projects; you will work under the guidance of our regular Maintenance Associate.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and organized with time-management skills.
• Licensed to drive in the State of Michigan.
• Willing to travel between locations; experience hauling a small trailer.
• Experience in building maintenance.
• Able to operate snowplow/salt spreader.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and perform light carpentry and cleanup.
• Assemble office furniture and handle basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Perform other building maintenance and move furniture as needed.
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for special projects.

Family Health Care in White Cloud is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our progressive organization during regular business hours. The applicant will be responsible for maintaining grounds, basic carpentry and carpentry clean-up skills, assembly of office furniture, basic plumbing, and electrical work, and other building maintenance as needed, including moving of furniture. The candidate may be asked to work an occasional evening or weekend during special projects. The candidate will work under the guidance of our regular Maintenance Associate. Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
