This position is responsible for maintaining the club's property, including general facility maintenance, building repairs, construction projects, and equipment maintenance. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns, and identify unsafe or hazardous conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties daily to ensure building operations meet club standards and procedures.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager daily.
• Handle pool/spa maintenance and repairs.
• Apply HVAC experience for system maintenance and repairs.
• Utilize knowledge of general construction trades, mechanical repair, and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as required.
